Stress is unavoidable – part of our everyday lives – for students this stems from feelings of confusion, overwhelming stress or anxiety about assignments. Outside influences – financial, health etc that makes this feeling worse. We all react differently to life stressors, the key is how we react. Don’t have control over what happens to us but we can take control of how we deal with it, and control over our own learning experience. You either want to embrace or escape the stress – music is a way of doing this. How can we change our thinking/attitude/behaviours around stress = productive, motivation, push.
