One is a New Zealand website, one from the UK, Australia, and then the Mental Health NZ website. A couple of resources available. Doesn’t seem to be a key area for concern for the Ministry of Health.

With another search I found a page called ‘Coping with stress and anxiety’, however this is purely for ’emergency response workers, health staff and volunteers on how to cope with stress and anxiety in an emergency situation.’
