How to Manage and Reduce Stress Booklet:
This is one of the more modern looking resources on the website, however it is published by the UK Mental Health Foundation, so the research and statistics are irrelevant to New Zealander’s. I found this a flaw in the communication.
Stress and how to handle it brochure:
This brochure identifies what stress is, warning signs and what to do about it. It does seem to be focused more on stress in the workplace.
The reading list – Stress in New Zealand – only identifies one book for students/young people to read, compared to over 50 for other groups.
